We are looking for a Junior PMO to come and join our well-established PMO team within our Aerospace and Defence sector.

In this role you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support infrastructure to maximise the effective overall management of small to medium scale, complex and medium value/small risk programmes and portfolios of projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Support to define the detailed scope and deliverables for the support office with both internal and external clients.
- Contribute to establish support office budgets.
- Report on variance forecast against budget.
- Deliver services in accordance with agreed scope, acceptance criteria, time, financial and quality measures.
- Assemble and update project or service plans, escalating deviations from published plans.
- Compile project/service risk and issue registers.
- Compile delivery governance reports and project/programme reports.
- Ensures that delivery methods and tools are used in a manner consistent with the project environment in coordination with the Quality team.
- Provide management services to support project/service delivery. This may include, but is not limited to: compilation of budget and forecast figures; capability planning; milestone/delivery planning.
- Complete assignment reviews at agreed periods or points in the project life cycle.
