We are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants who will support the Community Nursing team initially based with the Greater PCN , but be part of the larger Middlesbrough Locality teams, within the Community Care Centre.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and be able to work on their own and as part of the team.
It is essential for the role that the candidate is able to travel independently throughout the community.

You will be expected to attend the New and Aspiring leaders programme, and the Foundation Quality Improvement Programme that the Trust delivers. After you complete this one and a half day of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
