Role Overview & Responsibilities
37.5 Hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated Healthcare Assistants, to join our Orthopaedic Elective team at The Friarage Hospital on a new dedicated ring fenced ward for patients undergoing complex Arthroplasty surgery.
The Orthopaedic Directorate is recognised within the region as a tertiary referral centre, undertaking a full range of highly complex orthopaedic surgery.
We take great pride in our staff and we believe that investing in βYouβ is key in our ability and capacity to deliver high quality service and patient care. We will support you in developing your orthopaedic knowledge and skills through our team of supportive staff and formal education programme. You will work alongside Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
Experience is not essential; however applicants must have a genuine interest in the speciality and be committed to delivering high quality patient care.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people with effective communication skills.
