Position Purpose:
The Project Manager will be part of a global PMO with a core focus supporting the International Business Transformation Programme inclusive of a D365, Azure implementation across multiple regions and departments within International
During the Programme the Project Manager will focus on the Data workstream for D365 implementation but not be limited to this technology or workstream should other projects arise that are high priority or fringe technologies to support the workstream
Key Job Activities:
- Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
- Partner with and Support the International Business Process Leads, particularly the Data Lead in all projects under the Transformation Programme and dedicated to the Data workstream
- Deliver end to end projects that are not solely focused on the technology or data implementation but also the process, improvements and readiness activity to ensure success
- Collaborate with Organisational Change Management team to ensure the correct communication framework, training and Change Management is planned where appropriate to support the project
- Collaborate closely with the Business Analysts assigned to the project and workstream area to build a strong working relationship with clear roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with external System Implementors and third party IT teams as appropriate to jointly deliver projects
- Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
- Enforces the Project Change Governance on all projects that require changes to scope/ budgets
- Keeps the scope focused on the strategy and ROI
- Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
- Identify and look for ways to mitigate resource constraints and other risks associated with the project timeline.
- Manage the status of Development and Testing resources for the project. Work with Production Control to ensure a successful deployment of all software and hardware specified by the project.
Experience (EMEAA):
- Significant and demonstrated direct work experience in an IT project management capacity.

- Delivering within a Transformation Programme
- D365
- Managing Data Lake projects
- Managing rollouts of Microsoft reporting tools, example Power BI
- Knowledge of concepts for data security and compliance
- Developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures and processes.
- Ability to effectively interface with technical (IT) groups as well as business teams, both in person and remotely.
