Forklift Driver / Warehouse Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Temporary position within a busy warehouse team

We are looking for forklift drivers/warehouse staff to help us serve our customers by picking and dispatching the product from our Plympton warehouse. Successful applicants will ideally have warehouse experience, though this is not required.

The role is based within a garden machinery manufacturer. We are one of the leading manufacturers of garden machinery in the UK and Europe. You will be part of a small team of 10 within our main building.

You will be working for several of our prestigious brands and may be required to work overtime when sales require.

Having a forklift license is essential.

Working Hours:

* Full-time temporary contract to start immediately. Contract extensions may be offered depending on the needs of the business.*

39 hours per week worked over a 5-day rota.

Some weekend work may be required.* Working hours; 08:30 – 17:00 Mon - Thu 08:30 – 16:00 Fri

Qualifications and Skills

Manual handling, product assembly, picking line experience.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £10.50 per hour
