Job Title: YouTube Video Editor
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced video editor to join our team as a YouTube Video Editor. The primary responsibility of this role is to take raw footage and transform it into high-quality, engaging YouTube videos. You will work closely with our content creators and creative team to ensure that each video meets our standards and aligns with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product
- Trim footage and create a seamless flow between shots
- Add music, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance the viewer's experience
- Colour correct and grade footage to ensure consistency and quality
- Create engaging and eye-catching graphics to enhance the video's visual appeal
- Collaborate with content creators and the creative team to ensure that each video meets our brand standards and style
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Ability to work with raw footage and transform it into a polished final product
- Understanding of YouTube trends and best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
