We are currently recruiting for a waiting staff to join a friendly team at the Sultan of Lancaster
Duties will include:
- Managing the restaurant service
- Knowledge of the menu with guest recommendations
- Supervising and leading the restaurant team
- Serve food to guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Reporting all comments/complaints/problems to the restaurant manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must be reliable and honest
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts (the restaurant is open 5 – 11 pm)
If candidates do not live with in the area then transport can be arranged if from Blackburn or Preston
