Hours: 37.5 a week (12.00pm – 20.00pm)Monday to Friday
Key duties include:
- Picking orders in line with processes and order requirements.
- Ensuring all products and packaging comply with quality control standards before being dispatched.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.
- Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting stock for storage in the warehouse.
- Taking goods to the appropriate storage space – perhaps using loading and lifting gear for heavy goods,
- Continuously carrying out quality control checks throughout handling goods in, picking, packing and despatching processes.
- Keeping a careful record of the stock on the warehouse management system, so that it can be located quickly.
- Replenish stock as required and ensure that any stock movements are carried out correctly using handheld scanners.
- Assemble education kits efficiently in line with procedures and internal requests.
- Carry out Perpetual Inventory counting.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring a high standard of housekeeping and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures at all time.
What we are looking for:
- Attention to detail.
- Able to follow any written or verbal instructions from the management team.
- Good understanding of health and safety within a warehouse.
- Previous warehouse experience and Knowledge on WMS systems.
