The role of the Early Help Hub is to coordinate Early Help and identify families eligible for the National Supporting Families Programme. The Early Help Hub also provides advice, guidance and support to schools and early help professionals in the community, to prevent the escalation of children and young people into Statutory Services.

Your next role

As an Early Help Worker you will be to make direct contact with Children and Families, as well as professionals to ensure that children receive the right help at the right time. The successful candidate will work with schools, early help services and voluntary services to ensure a coordinated approach to Early Help in Swindon.

To succeed in this role, you will need a qualification or experience in a in a relevant field i.e. family work, social care, housing, youth and community or an ability to demonstrate recent, relevant and substantial experience.

If you believe you have the skills, experience and enthusiasm to deliver work within this service and make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children, young people and their families then we want to hear from you.

Candidates must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act – for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
