Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to support and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Mentor and provide necessary assistance to staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for all staff members, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Address staffing issues promptly and effectively, resolving any outstanding concerns or conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to staffing schedules, proactively filling any gaps to maintain smooth operations.
- Uphold rigorous hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe restaurant environment.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, promptly addressing and resolving any complaints or issues.
- Manage cash operations and possess a solid understanding of profit and loss management.
- Take charge of inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Lead by example, displaying strong leadership qualities and setting high standards for the team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proven management experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to step into a management position.
