Junior Finance Assistant
Up to £25,000 base per annum, subject to experience, plus benefits

T2M Resourcing are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of this entrepreneurial investor backed group of companies that is focused on supporting the move towards NetZero. This newly created Junior Finance Assistant vacancy presents a great opportunity to develop existing skills within finance with the guidance and support of the Group Financial Controller.
What will you be doing as Finance Assistant?
· Raising sales invoices/credits
· Allocate bank receipts (for projects) Sage, project spreadsheet and PIM
· Review Engineer Timesheet and allocate to Projects
· Assisting in Project meetings and update the system
· Compiling reports on sales, expenditure, marketing, and other accounting activity for senior management
· Assisting in customer queries
· Dealing with Purchase invoices
· Assisting in credit control
· Reconciling accounting data to ensure accuracy
· Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
· Any adhoc queries
This permanent opportunity will be ‘office based’ full time presenting a great opportunity to build your profile and communication skills within this high growth company.
What are we looking for?
- Great at the ‘basics of finance,’ ideally a minimum 6 months experience in accounting (finance / bookkeeping)
- Ideally AAT Level 1 and/ or AAT Level 2, experience of Sage 50 and/or Equa2
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and keen to progress, with an interest in helping a NetZero focused business grow!
- Good IT skills, with confident telephone manner
