We are currently looking for experienced Sushi Chefs who are ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Candidate
- At least 1 year of working with Japanese cuisine and sushi techniques
- Fish cutting experience for different forms of sushi (big plus if you know how to cut fish like a pro)
- A flare for creativity and passion for good quality food with experience in plating techniques
- An individual with excellent time management, communication skills and able to work under pressure
- A chef able to ensure adherence to highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards
Pay
Pay is dependent upon experience, and with lots of scope for progression.
This is a permanent full-time position.
