Wi-Fi /CPE Validation Engineer

Responsibilities:Validate and test CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) devices, focusing on Home Gateway products.Debug device-level issues related to Wi-Fi and network protocols.Demonstrate a strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IP protocols for effective troubleshooting.Conduct Wi-Fi performance testing and analyze results to ensure optimal functionality.Utilize test equipment such as Octoscope, Candela, or Veriwave for validation and testing purposes.Qualifications:Must have 2-3 years of recent experience working with CPE devices.Clear understanding and experience with Home Gateway products, including device-level issue debugging.Proficiency in DHCP, DNS, and IP protocols, which are fundamental to the role.Ideally, 5-7 years of total experience in the field.CCNA certification obtained in 2023/2024 is preferred.Previous experience with Wi-Fi performance testing is required.Familiarity with Octoscope, Candela, or Veriwave test equipment is a must-have for this position.
