Workday Integration

Title: Workday Integration Location: Austin, TX Day 1 onsiteFull timeAdditional Comments: This team of resources are responsible for the new enhancement, technical upgrades and production support escalation for Workday integration. Below is the list of application in scope: o All Workday inbound and outbound Integrations o Organize and participate in sprint grooming, planning, review, retrospective, and daily stand ups. o Enhancement work includes new functionality/integration, Changes to support Workday bi-annual releases, Technical/Infrastructure Upgrade, Accessibility Updates based on priority. o Requirement and impact analysis and technical design documentation o Development, Unit Test and integration testing. o Clear hand off on technical change and review QE test cases to ensure testing coverage is accurate to ensure quality. o Support QE and UAT defect resolution o Support any performance testing resolution. o Responsible for release cutover plan/steps across environments for testing and production o Responsible for Migration o Provide KT and transition to APS and ES Ops after each release. o Be the escalation point and resolve any critical P1 production issues. o Attend standup and provide tasks progress to scrum master. o Work with cross functional team like B2B, DBA, etc. Status Report: Weekly status report on the team progress status, risk and accomplishment should be provided. Workday Integration o At least one full implementation of an HCM solution, with demonstrated technical and integrations experience. o Experience in Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT and Workday Studio o Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards) o Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution. o Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
