The Job Role:
- A Deputy General Manager to lead a successful brand and manage a late night premium bar
- A Deputy General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks service forward
- A Deputy General Manager to take full P&L responsibility
- Developing a high-performing and motivated team
The Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
- You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
- The successful Deputy General Manager will have late night or London experience
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
