- Group Chef Manager
- £45,000per annum

- Strictly Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
- 52 week role (lots of down time out of term as schools are closed)

The Package:
- Group Chef Manager to support a fresh food operation.
- 100% fresh
- Group Chef Manager to manage and develop kitchen teams
- A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with enhanced holiday
- looking after a group of 16 sites
The Requirements:
- A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with contract catering background.
- A Group Chef Manager who knows how to do profit and loss
- A genuine love for food
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
- Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
