Here at our O2 store in West Bromwich, we have an opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic and talented person to work with our great team.
Our basic Salary is £20,000.00 + Bonus (avg. OTE £22.5k). Part time hours are paid at pro rata.
Hours of work will be up to 17 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure that you are up to date with all o2 products and services.
- Ensure that you and the store team consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Support the implementation and execution of all new and existing products.
- Support the store in exceeding performance targets.
- Using in store systems ensure all sales processes are consistently adhered to.
- Merchandising, appearance of the store, self and the team is of the highest standard.
What we’re looking for in Sales Advisor:
- Someone with a willingness to achieve and exceed key performance indicators
- Someone who is confident, resilient and enthusiastic.
- Someone who is articulate and enjoys talking to customers.

- A Fulltime working week is 40 hours per week over 5 out of 7 days. This role will include weekend work
