Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Role and Department:

We have an opportunity for a Navigator to join the organisation on a (fixed term) basis. Reporting to the (Project Manager), the (Navigator) will be responsible for

· Supporting clients with their mental health needs by carrying out initial discussions and providing a range of guided self help services

· Working with clients who present in crisis, including supporting with de-escalation of crisis & risk management as well as clients with co-occurring conditions

· Working in partnership with other services, specifically for this role you work alongside Adult Social Care

· Working with clients who present in crisis, duties include de-escalation of crisis & risk management

· Navigating clients within their own communities to live well

· To provide support for other teams when required)

Knowledge: 1. Knowledge of emotional wellbeing, mental health issues or other relevant health support services.

2. Knowledge of approaches to support people to achieve better mental health.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Salary: £27,462.24 per year
