Our client is a leading telecommunications company that provides high-quality network infrastructure solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced PTS Splicer to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for PTS Splicers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Job Title: PTS Splicer
Location: London
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Permanent
Rate: £55 - 60K Per Annum + Company Package (Vehicle, Pension etc…)
Day To Day Responsibilities Of The Role:
- Splice and test fibre optic cables up to 288F using a variety of equipment and techniques.
- Install and maintain fibre optic cables and equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fibre optic cables and equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance on fibre optic cables and equipment to ensure optimum performance.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed.
Must Have Experience Required / Certifications Required:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in PTS Splicing
- PTS (Personal Track Safety)
- NRSWA UNIT 1-4
- CSCS/ECS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
