Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for three confident Clinical Specialist Nurses to work within the Adult Eating Disorder Service as specialist Nurses supporting the North Yorkshire & York (NY&Y) Community Mental Health Transformation. We are interested in connecting with people who can inspire, embrace working as equal partners with internal and external stakeholders, help to design, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care and treatment for local people with eating disorders. Applicants should be Registered Mental Health Nurses with excellent knowledge of mental health services from across the community system, including primary care, specialist services, local authority & the voluntary and community sector (VCSE).
Details of posts:
- 1 x Full Time 37.5 hours per week to cover Hambleton and Richmondshire and Harrogate and Rural District 'place'
- 1 x Full Time 37.5 hours per week to cover City of York and Vale of York 'place'
- 1 x Part Time 22.5 hours per week to cover Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale 'place'
The Trust is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. Our Eating Disorder Service across NY&Y has an integral role to play within the community mental health transformation programme. The Service will be aligning itself to the Community Mental Health Framework, bringing 'place-based' community mental health services and providers together and delivering care and support closer to home.
