Responsibilities:

We have created over 50 games across multiple platforms and genres for more than 4 billion registered users. We are the co-developer of worldwide hit PUBG MOBILE (co-developed with KRAFTON, Inc.), with a lot of passionate players who advance the art & science of game development through great stories, great gameplay, and advanced technology. We focus on bringing next generation experiences to gamers who want to enjoy games anywhere, anytime, across multiple genres and devices.- Design features aligned with the creative and game directions (e.g. gameplay, economic system, etc.);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate your assigned features;
- Develop in-engine prototypes and evaluate their performance;
- Adapt to technical and production constraints, reworking your design when and as often as needed;
- Participate in finding solutions to fix buggy features;
- Create and maintain design documentation that will guide interdependent teams;
- Follow up on features post-launch to improve features.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or above, overseas study and work background is preferred;
- Strong devotion in video games: playing, analyzing, studying, prototyping, and etc;
- Proficient in interactive prototyping software, such as Axure, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, etc;
- Have a sensitive logic sense, clear thinking, excellent planning and execution ability, cross-department and team coordination ability, tight thinking logic, and flexible response.
