Responsibilities:
Excel in the Art of Service to reflect the brand standards of the Rooms/Suites and Club.- Fully conversant with Opera and knowledge of rooms allocation.
- Member recognition and anticipation of their needs.
- Taking reservations and following members requests.
- Promote The Arts Club outlets and dealing with all In Room Dinning requests.
