Due to expansion within The Bath Works, we are seeking to bring on an experienced full time Bathroom Design Consultant to join our sales team within our Showrooms across Dorset and Hampshire.
Being a highly driven and tenacious person is key for this role, as you will have a fantastic combined skillset of creativeness when planning and designing bathrooms but, also knowing when to clinch the sale to enable you to succeed and build strong relationships with your customers. You will need to be a team player and work well with every level member within the business. You will need to work well with individual retail customers, bathroom installers/plumbers and interior designers.
Your core duties will be:
Self generate business and follow-up these contacts continually
Create inspiring designs using Virtual World software
Arrange and attend home/site visits
Provide plans, designs and quotations
Build excellent customer rapport and include those customers throughout the design process
Competent in managing client expectations
Continually follow up your own quotations and close on sales
You must hold a full UK drivers licence and have your own car for site visits.
This is a full time roll. Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (rota and day in lieu given). 20 days annual. Some bank holidays with day in lieu. Basic salary at £27,500 plus commission.
