Assertive Outreach Worker
Fixed Term until March 2024 with the option to extend
35 Hours per Week
Salary NJC Point 17: £26,845
Do you have an ability to engage with hard-to-reach people?
Do you have the skills to motivate people?
Do you have the knowledge to support individuals struggling with substance misuse?
You will have the opportunity to work as part of the Achieve Assertive Outreach Team within Bury, Bolton, Salford, Trafford and the Criminal Justice Team, to provide support to access structured treatment.
As part of the role, you will contribute to the delivery of a creative and flexible service where you’ll actively re-engage individuals who have dropped out of, or become detached from, services. You will provide expertise on substance misuse to support the communities we work in and promote recovery.
