Become a Navy Recruiting Subject Matter Expert for The Brooks Group, a Global Leader in Sustainable Sales Force TransformationThe Brooks Group, founded in 1977 and multi-time winner of The Triad Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” awards, is looking for an experienced Navy Recruiting Subject Matter Expert to join our team.This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with significant knowledge of the business of government including financial management, acquisition and contracting, grants management, program and project management, program development, and similar disciplines. This is a contract position, providing support for the duration of The Brooks Group’s contract with the US Navy.The Navy Recruiting Subject Matter Expert Will: · Provide first-hand knowledge of Navy Recruiting processes and programs to the Group VP· Provide training to contract facilitators on Navy recruiting operations· Provide support to Instructional Design team during customization of training courses Skills/Qualifications: A track record of demonstrating superior communications skills in both written and verbal presentations.Experience in Navy recruiting is requiredExperience in government sales or related disciplines is a plusAbility to travel when required
Education· Undergraduate degree in management, finance, business administration, organizational development, public administration, or other relevant field of study (or equivalent experience).
