Kitchen cook.
30 hours a week which does include weekends. (May take x2 part time roles so weekends are shared out.)
Ideal candidate must have some experience working in a kitchen and handling food but all training will be given on the job.
Must be able to work fast paced and under pressure.
Responsibilities will consist of:
- Set up and close of the kitchen ensuring everything is cleaned to a high standard
- Daily and monthly deep cleaning of equipment
- Knowledge of Allergy awareness
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Remedy any problems or defects
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Salary: £13 Per hour
