The role of Head Barista will include:
- Training and coaching our team to serve our coffee perfectly every time
- Maintaining and fine tuning the coffee machine and grinder to dispense the perfect espresso
- Setting the standards for coffee in your bakery
- Assisting the management team with operating the bakery
