We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team who has professional experience with general maintenance work including painting and decorating to a high standard, simple plumbing (replacing taps/toilet seats/ fixing small leaks, unblocking drains etc) simple carpentry-hanging doors, fitting new locks, fixing bedroom furniture, hanging cupboards, Gardening/ground keeping and other general maintenance tasks. Knowledge of additional trades are a bonus.
This position is 25 hours a week over 5 days with Wednesday and Sundays off.
Monday 8am-1pm, Tuesday 8am-1pm, Thursday 8am-1pm, Friday 8am-1pm and Saturday 8am-1pm.
