We are looking for Waiters to join our F&B team, who work across all our restaurants and in the meeting and events space here at The Grove.
We are looking for people with a genuine passion for customer service, who can offer personal and thoughtful touches, taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests, making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the dishes that they might enjoy, and building natural rapport with them. On the events side, we need our teams to be brimming with positive customer focus to make sure our guests have a 5 star experience during their conference or special day and want to return to use our spaces again.
We love welcoming new talent into our teams, so if you have a background in the hospitality industry, meeting, greeting and supporting guests to ensure they this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
It’s important that you have a great command of the English language and a flexible attitude to working hours – the restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week so this role will require you to cover all shifts on a rota basis. We also need you to be over 18 years old in order that you can serve alcoholic drinks as part of the role.
