A great opportunity has arisen at The Imperial Hotel in Llandudno, we are looking for an Operations Manager to work in our 4 star, 98 bedroomed hotel, to assist the General Manager in running a successful hotel within the company policies and AA Standards. The candidate will be highly motivated and professional and will have previous hotel management experience. This position is based on 45 hours per week working 5 days out of 7.
Main responsibilities include:
· To deputise in the absence of the General Manager
· To monitor and drive standards throughout the hotel, striving to a 4 star standard and to be fully aware of what is needed to meet these criteria
· Regularly speaking to guests and residents
· Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
· Working with Department Heads/Supervisors
Please Note: As well as the above, this is a trainee role. The Operations Manager will shadow the General Manager in their role, in the view that they will take over the full responsibility of running operations in the hotel in future.
The contract is 45 hours per week on a shift basis, working 5 days out 7.
