Team Member
We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Members to join The Greenhouse on the Terrace, a brand new restaurant with a roof terrace bar overlooking the canal at Castle Quay in Banbury.
With beautiful interiors, a locally sourced, seasonal menu and a stunning roof top location, the focus of Greenhouse will be simply - great food and excellent service in special surroundings.
Our Team Members are at the heart and soul of our restaurant taking orders, delivering food and drink, and advising our guests, ensuring they are happy in the venue and are delivered a first-class service.
About you
The Team Member position is a guest facing role so you will need to be well presented, full of personality, passionate about great service with the following experience:
- Previous experience working in a high-quality restaurant is essential
- An interest in food and drink with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Enjoy working in a team with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
