We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our team and provide quality childcare to children aged 0-5. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children, planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, and providing support to parents and families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children.
- Engage in activities that promote learning and development.
- Plan and implement activities for children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
- Observe and monitor children's behaviour and development.
- Provide guidance and support to parents/carers.
- Maintain records of children's progress and development.
- Ensure all equipment is safe and secure.
