This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a professional membership body to support the marketing team on the globally portfolio. This role offers a great deal of variety, with the chance to be involved with all aspects of marketing activity including campaign planning and management, digital marketing activity, copywriting and creative development.
Your role will be to engage with the target audience and promote membership, products and services - through coordinated, profitable marketing campaigns that result in increased revenue for member recruitment and retention.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Marketing to plan, implement and monitor marketing initiatives for member recruitment and retention to grow and strengthen the member network
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns for product areas
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns for national and international conferences and events to drive profit and growth, owning all elements of the campaign including email marketing and print, digital and social media advertising
- Use analytics tools to monitor, report on campaign performance and review impact/success
- Produce excellent marketing copy and work with our designers to update marketing assets
Skills/knowledge/experience:
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Proven experience of email marketing
- Good knowledge of social media marketing tools
- Experience of running marketing campaigns
- Excellent oral communication
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
- Experience of using CRM and email marketing systems to deliver highly targeted campaigns
