This Mews Practice is a growing multi-sited private wellbeing organisation. We are looking for a new team member to join a passionate and hard working team.
The role is to work closely with a team of Clinicians (Aesthetic, Medical and Dental) with the support of colleagues in a vibrant, innovative and ‘can do environment’.
The post is well suited to individuals who are people friendly and customer focused and with a desire to develop new skills and interested in progressing their ambitions.
The role will primarily be based in Guildford but extends into sites in London and Esher.
As an organisation we are enthusiastic about nurturing and developing hard-working, talented individuals.
We are a 7-day-a week organisation and we are looking for additional support on the weekend.
Broad job description:
- Dealing with all telephone queries/requests and acting as liaison with the office team as necessary.
- Answering incoming telephone calls. Diverting them as appropriate, and/or taking and passing on messages.
- Making appointments via the computerised diaries and collating appropriate paperwork.
- Liaising with service users, staff and other healthcare professionals including Pharmacists, Doctors, Medical Secretaries.
- Stock management and control through weekly stocktakes
Essential qualities:
- Excellent inter-personal skills with both work colleagues and patients
- Excellent ability to use IT including learning new software packages- word, excel and power-point skills are essential (Please note we use Mac computers so knowledge of this would be preferable)
