Kitchen Helper
The Mexicanos is currently seeking part-time and full-time Kitchen Helpers to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will work alongside our experienced chefs to help prepare and cook delicious Mexican cuisine for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
- Help with the cooking of various dishes, such as tacos, burritos, and enchiladas
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces
- Assist with inventory management, such as restocking ingredients and supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
