We have a fantastic opportunity available to join the team at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre as a Casual Food Preparation Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who lives local, enjoys delivering first class food and thrives being part of a team.
Amadeus is a multi-award-winning catering business with over 40 years of experience, operating at various venues including its’ home sites at the NEC, ICC, VOX, Utilita Arena and Resorts World Arena, as well as regional venues including Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre, where you’ll be based.
The role:
To undertake the production and delivery of specific event and venue food service requirements. You will be working alongside the kitchen team to provide a smooth service for events by preparing hot and cold dishes, helping with the delivery of food and helping with the serving food as and when needed.
Applicants must be over the age of 17 years old.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Have a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Work well in a team
- Whilst not essential it would be great if you possessed catering skills, with experience within a catering environment
- Excellent Hygiene
- A flexible approach is desirable as hours can vary each week depending on the nature and volume of the business, hours will include weekends, bank holiday and evenings, but we are dedicated to finding a flexible approach that works for you.
- Whether you have plenty of free time or can only manage the odd shift, we'd love to hear from you.
- Have good communication skills
