We are working with an exciting and rapidly expanding food business based in North London, searching for a Production Supervisor – Days to produce a range of ready to eat chilled foods.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader and an Operations professional who can manage independently and deliver quality products, within budget whilst adhering to their high service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the shift activities to ensure that the production programme is met and the required standards of customer service, product quality and food safety are adhered to
- To lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver on time, to the required standards and within budget to meet customer allocation requirements.
- Ensure your team are complying with the Company’s Health and Safety regulations and Hygiene regulations
- Liaise with senior management as required on all key issues concerning production,
Personal Profile
- Skilled hands-on manager able to lead by example and with demonstrable leadership abilities
- A good working knowledge of Manufacturing processes and controls.
- Experience in food manufacturing/production.
- Good IT skills
- Good Management skills
