THERAPIES & DIETETICS ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT OFFICER
(ROTHERHAM STROKE REHABILITATION TEAM)

Monday Friday (over 4 or 5 days)
The Rotherham Stroke Rehabilitation team is based on the main Moorgate Site and provides a hospital based acute stroke and rehabilitation together with community based early supported discharge and community stroke rehabilitation up to six months. Our pathway working provides a seamless transfer of care for stroke survivors and their carers. Hyper-acute stroke care is delivered locally in Sheffield and Doncaster. We work closely with our partner organisations across our integrated care system. In additional to general administration and call handling, the Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) is a key deliverable for our service and the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the data collection is completed and deadlines are met in regard with these submissions.
This admin role supports our multidisciplinary team that is comprised of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Associate Practitioners and Therapy Support staff.
