Joining our enthusiastic Retail team you’ll be an important part of every visitor’s day, delivering exceptional customer service across several shops and seasonal operations at Windsor Castle.
You’ll greet and engage with customers, helping them with their shopping and enriching their overall experience.
The range of customers you’ll serve will be vast, and their needs varied. Yet, you’ll take every opportunity to maximise sales.
Many of our products are made exclusively for us, and you’ll learn about the inspiration and context behind each one. And helping with various promotions, seasonal ranges and shop displays, you’ll build up your knowledge and sales expertise.
And providing a service as memorable as your surroundings, you’ll feel inspired to consistently deliver the very highest standards.
About you
You’ve worked in a retail or customer-facing role before, and able to strike the perfect balance between sales and service, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
An outstanding communicator, with a warm, enthusiastic and friendly personality, you’ll always deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
You’ll also be a fantastic team player, and will enjoy working with your colleagues to achieve sales targets together.
What’s more, you’re able to think on your feet, a key skill, considering you’ll never know who’ll come into the shop next.

We have full and part time (4 or 3 days) contracts available.
