Customer Account Executive
£22,985 base salary + bonus OTE £29,500 / max potential earning £36,700
Your role with us:
To be responsible for managing the accounts of customers and providing a premium customer experience by building relationships with customers of high potential value and growing these accounts to move into our Mint Marque Account Management Service.
We are looking for people who have:
- Experience of remotely managing customer accounts via phone/email
- Proven ability of identifying new/developing new/prospect customers as well as existing.
- Experience within a sales environment
- Excellent oral, aural and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience of outbound selling and account management
- Demonstrable experience in managing customer accounts and delivering to a sales target
We are looking for people who are:
- Able to continually achieve productivity and performance targets by upselling products
- Experienced in being the main point of contact for customer accounts
- Professional and confident in the working environment
- Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve targets
