We have an exciting new position open for a Reception Assistant Manager at The Swan at Streatley set on the beautiful riverside of the Thames.
About the role:
You must present a positive first impression and an ever-lasting last impression, and you will not only be a friendly face but a friendly voice by supporting the team with managing responsibilities. As a member of our Reception team you’ll have previous experience in a similar environment. You’ll be passionate about giving a professional and friendly service and you’ll embrace our brand standards and do your best to make each guest’s stay meet and exceed expectations.

- Proven experience front of house & in a managerial role
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working with online booking systems, knowledge of Rezlynx System is essential.
