Role Overview & Responsibilities

Are you competent with Microsoft Office suite and Teams?
Do you have experience of operating with a range of project streams within a Programme.
Are you comfortable working remotely under your own supervision?
Do you have excellent problem-solving and diagnosing skills?
As the Junior Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in the management of small change tickets and short to medium term projects, manage the end-to-end delivery of small change projects, including timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver projects alongside producing project support documentation such as Gannt charts illustrating dependences and business cases.
This role also includes working closely with our third-party development partners on the progress of work and communicating key milestones / actions with management and key stakeholders at every level, in a calm, personable way.

  • Proficient with project management software such as Microsoft Project etc.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Experience of operating with a range of project streams within a Programme.
  • Comfortable working co-operatively
