About this role …
We are excited to have the opportunity for someone to join our fantastic Spa Team as Spa Bistro Assistant.
This role is all about our people and excellent customer service. You’ll be helping our guests in the Café with anything they need. This role is part time and will involve working weekends and working behind the bar. The hours for this role are between 8:30am - 5:45pm.
You will be the face of our Spa – with the ultimate aim being our guests have a positive and memorable experience. We are described as a Luxury 5 Bubble Spa in the Good Spa Guide!
What we’re looking for …
- The natural urge to be helpful and be genuinely friendly
- Someone who is reliable and able to work under pressure
- Previous experience within a customer facing role and is able to multitask
- A smile! Someone who is a people person
- A friendly person with a good telephone manner
- The ability to use Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across five days a week
- Someone who embraces the Wyboston culture
