The Role:
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen at all times
- Work well with the kitchen team under guidance from the Head Chef
- Work at pace depending on the demands of the business during peak and off times of the day
- Compliance with company policy - house rules, training programmes, H&S
The Individual:
- Previous experience is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
