TWG is currently seeking a Programming Supervisor to lead a hybrid software development team for a fast-growing financial organization based out of Connecticut.
The team is responsible for developing banking forms and documentation for financial institution clients. In this role, you will manage a team of developers, fostering their growth and exploring new technologies to improve efficiency. We are looking for a change agent with a creative problem-solving style who thrives on collaboration and views team success as mission-critical.
Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of remote and on-site developers, providing feedback, training, and supportProvide supervisory support including coaching, performance evaluation, and career pathingManage day-to-day and long-term projects to ensure timely delivery of quality workIdentify areas for improvement and encourage innovative problem-solvingCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive technological advancements
Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience and certificationsMinimum 5 years of supervisory or management experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in software developmentStrong communication skillsKnowledge of multiple high-level programming languagesExperience with Agile methodology; knowledge of Jira is a plusPassion for financial technology and interest in exploring new tools and technologies
Salary range: $70,000-$130,000 annually.
