Titan Recruitment Solutions are a leading Recruitment Agency based in Exeter. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a full time Office Administrator to join our team.
The successful applicant will have exceptional organisational skills, using a professional and proactive approach to all aspects of this role. Attention to detail is a key attribute.
This busy role will include, but not limited to:
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Typing up letters and reports
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
