Working in a team of experts within a successful and transforming business, a new and exciting role is now available for someone with proven problem solving skills, a passion for IT and ability to operate across a variety of functional teams to support users and provide expert advise on their Oracle ERP software.
As part of their digital transformation, Oracle cloud ERP is at the heart of their business operations. You will work with a variety of key stakeholders, business functions and a wider IT team to provide business critical support, including :
- Dealing with complex 1st and 2nd Line issues
- extracting work from the ticketing system
- Improve business processes
- Work extensively across all areas of the Oracle Cloud ERP solution.
- Manage and deliver small & medium sized I.T. projects.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support measurement of performance KPI’s and decision making
- Analysis and manipulation of data using SQL, VBA and other scripting tool sets.
- Collaborate with the various departments throughout the organisation to determine requirements for
upcoming projects.
- Fully document findings, requirements and actions
Suitable candidates must possess excellent communication skills to build effective relationships and document evidence and reports, enjoy solving a range of Oracle Cloud ERP problems, have proven experience within Oracle ERP cloud Technologies and operating an Apps Support or Functional environment.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with and collaborating with teams, has a advanced level of technical knowledge and can operate with both direct and 3rd party teams.
