- Fill and assist parts requests and orders for service technicians
- Fill and assist parts requests from ASMs
- Help answer phone calls regarding parts inquiries from retail/wholesale customers
- Help check in daily shipments that come in
- Deliver parts to and from our other location when needed
- Help keep track and manage inventory and report any discrepancies
- Record and report any damages and/or shortages to the parts manager
- Help with daily stock checks and make sure parts are in correct bin locations
- Help with monthly returns and warranty scrap
- Help keep department and working area clean and free of any obstacles
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
- Valid and current driver's license
- Dealership experience preferred
- Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills

- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
