What we need today
To make sure you're set up for success you'll already have these skills and experience:
Experience of working in product/UX design
Have practical experience designing websites or apps (e.g. past role, placement year, personal projects, or freelance work)
Some experience in creating user flows and/or journey maps
Care deeply about producing designs that have a positive impact on users
Helping to plan and execute user interviews and co-creations to understand how we can best meet user needs
Strong communications skills and ability to effectively sell a concept to stakeholders
A keen interest in service design
What you'll become tomorrow.
It takes more than experience to be successful in the role, with development and coaching you will:
Helping to shape future innovation at TSB through a methodical design thinking approach
Working directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements and help shape the future of their products
Generate multiple solutions from scratch based on customer needs
Be able to run your own user tests and effectively report the results back to stakeholders
Be able to map out journeys and identify pains and gains for customers and the business
Be able to effectively create future value propositions
