TSR Ipswich Ltd are looking for Traffic Management Operatives to work in Ipswich, as well as the outskirts of Ipswich, for a very reputable and ever growing traffic management company.
Candidates applying for this role must have experience or qualifications in one or more of the below positions:
- Trainee Operative
- M1 / M2 Operative
- M3 / M4 / M5 Operative
- M6 Supervisor
- 12C Operative / 12C Supervisor
- 12AB Operative / 12AB Forman / 12AB IPV Operative / 12AB IPV Foreman
- SLG (If haven't got this & are willing to be trained, we can assist)
- TTMBC Qualification (1 day course)
- CSCS Card
- Must have TTMBC
As a Traffic Management Operative, your duties will consist of the following:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
- Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights
- Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
- Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
- Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings
- Setting up traffic lights
- Assisting with the diversion of traffic
- To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
- To help with the unloading/loading of materials
- Risk Assessments
- Reporting plant & vehicle defects
Other Requirement
- Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
- Right to Work in UK Team Player Qualifications
- Full UK Driving licence
